The Walkolution Sitting Ball is designed for active sitting, featuring a durable rubber core covered with high-quality, robust fabric. It is perfectly sized to fit Walkolution treadmills and can be securely clamped between the bars of the stool attachment, ensuring you sit firmly without losing mobility or activity.

While we encourage limiting sitting time, the Sitting Ball provides a healthier alternative to traditional chairs. It promotes active sitting by continuously engaging your muscles. If you adopt poor posture, the ball’s natural instability will remind you to correct it. However, we recommend sitting no more than 2 to 4 hours per day.
